Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Doormingo ("Service"), operated by Doormingo ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Doormingo is a property listing management plugin for Squarespace websites. It enables users to create, manage, and display property listings (for sale and rental) on their Squarespace sites via a browser extension and account dashboard hosted at account.doormingo.com.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and connect at least one Squarespace website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not use a false identity or impersonate another person.

3. Squarespace Integration

Doormingo integrates with your Squarespace website via OAuth 2.0 authorisation. By connecting your Squarespace site, you authorise Doormingo to:

  • Read your website's structure and configuration

  • Create and manage blog collections used for property listings

  • Modify your site's header code injection to install the Doormingo extension

You may revoke this access at any time through your Squarespace account settings or by disconnecting your site from the Doormingo dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Service to publish false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including those related to real estate advertising

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service

  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content

  • Share your account credentials with third parties

5. Subscription and Payment

Doormingo is a paid subscription service. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by Doormingo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content (property listings, images, descriptions) that you create using the Service.

You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doormingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

12. Intellectual Property

Doormingo may reference third-party companies, products, services, trademarks, trade names, and service marks, including those associated with integrations and supported platforms. All third-party names, trademarks, and service marks remain the property of their respective owners.
